DESCRIPTION:The Day of the Dead (Dia de Los Muertos) holiday is becoming increasingly popular in the US as a way to celebrate and honor our loved ones who’ve passed on. In this workshop students receive a skull each to paint and decorate following a lesson on traditions, the origins use and meanings along with an overview of how to create skulls from scratch.\nJoin us Tuesday, October 19 from 12-1 pm in the newly opened Yuba College Identity and Engagement Center in the cafeteria.\n
