Gary Engelken Award

Gary Engelken is a member of Yuba College’s Athletic Hall of Fame, is a member of the Northern California Old Timers Hall of Fame, and the California Community College Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame. Coach Engelken’s baseball legacy continues to be a part of the program as the Baseball Field on campus is named Engelken Field and a scholarship in his name is awarded every year to an outgoing Yuba College baseball player that exemplifies his passion for the game and exhibits hard work on the field and in the classroom that he expected of his players.
