All students, including those from Redding, must travel to the Marysville Campus for classes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: left\"><b>5 students<\/b> will be selected as alternates for the program and must complete conditional acceptance requirements after orientation in case a spot opens up for a Fall start. <\/p>\n<p>Students will need to travel up to <b>125 miles<\/b> (with a signed agreement) to the Yuba College Campus and\/or Redding and\/or Sacramento Clinical Sites.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants with complete and accepted applications will be randomly selected by lottery.<\/li>\n<li>Students are notified <strong>no later<\/strong> than the last Friday in April as to their status.<\/li>\n<li>It is recommended that you check your @go.yccd.edu email <strong>DAILY.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Once you receive a conditional acceptance or conditional alternate letter, you will have <strong>5 business days <\/strong>to accept it.<\/li>\n<li>Students accepted as well as alternates are required to a mandatory orientation, date will be sent out via email after acceptance.\u00a0  Failure to attend the orientation will result in the acceptance letter being revoked.<\/li>\n<li>Alternates are required to keep all immunizations current and can be selected for placement up to the first two weeks of class.<\/li>\n<li>Admission deferrals are not accepted.<\/li>\n<li>If an application is not accepted for any reason (including those not chosen by lottery) the student is invited to reapply and resubmit transcripts during the next application cycle.\u00a0 Applications are not kept on file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CANDIDATE SELECTION PROCESS \u00a025 students will be accepted into the Yuba College Radiology Program each Fall, including those from the Redding area Note: There is no Redding campus.
