  • DOJ Clearance form (required for any class with a Firearms section)
  • STC Medical Clearance Form (required for JCOC, POCC, COCC)
•  Please note, all POST-certified courses (including 832pc) now require a medical clearance dated within 180 days prior to class start from the sponsoring agency.  Agencies can no longer vouch for medical clearance for any POST certified course. If that cannot be provided, please use the appropriate form to get an updated medical clearance:
