Amber graduated from the Yuba College Veterinary Technology Program in 2007 and has held her RVT license ever since. After graduation, she transferred to California State University Chico and completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry.
The majority of her veterinary career has been in small animal practice with some experience with exotic pets. Her favorite aspect in the veterinary field is emergency medicine with C-Section surgeries being at the top of her list. During her breaks from school, Amber works locally in veterinary hospitals as an RVT and is also a hospital inspector for the State of California Veterinary Medical Board.
Amber has a bubbly personality and always has a smile on her face. She is ready for your questions so do not be afraid to ask. She is married and has two children, two dogs, and a cat.
