Once accepted to the Radiologic Technology program, you will be required to complete a background check. You must disclose ANY misdemeanor or felony. It is highly recommended you contact the ARRT and follow their process for an ethics review. If the ARRT will not certify and register you due to a violation, you will not be allowed to work as a Radiographer.

Many of our clinical sites also perform their own background screening. If any clinical site will not accept you due to an issue in your background screening, you will not be able to continue in the program.
Any felony or misdemeanor charges obtained while in the program will result in dismissal from the program.
