Yuba College, in partnership with the Yuba Water Agency, will be hosting a free viewing of California’s Watershed Healing, a documentary produced by Jim Thibaut, on Oct. 11 at 5 pm in the Yuba College Theatre at its campus in Marysville.  The showing of the documentary will be immediately followed by a panel discussion with regional and local experts, including the documentary film maker, Jim Thibaut, and Willie Whittlesey, general manager of the Yuba Water Agency
