Emma is a standout sophomore guard/forward, originally from Woodcreek High School, who has really become the cornerstone of our team. She has consistently demonstrated on and off the floor that she is a special athlete; her presence is undeniable.
Emma is an incredible leader and scorer; she is currently averaging 19 points per game for conference play and 13.3 points per game overall. She is also adding 14 rebounds per game in conference and nearly 10 overall
While Emma’s contributions on the court are vital to the team’s success, she is equally impressive in her academic pursuits. Currently a Kinesiology and Exercise Science major, Emma balances the rigorous schedule of a collegiate athlete with a heavy course load. She has been on the Academic Recognition every semester she’s been here at Yuba.
Emma also wants to transfer and play at a 4-year institution next season to continue working toward becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
