Welcome to General Counseling Distance Counseling

The Counseling Department offers distance counseling for current and prospective Yuba College students, providing a remote opportunity to connect with a counselor for guidance with non-urgent matters pertaining to academic and/or career planning.

To request a General Counseling distance counseling appointment:

  • E-SARS: https://apps.yccd.edu/ESARS/     If you need a probation appointment or you have transcripts from a different college that need to be reviewed, please call the Counseling Department as these appointments require 1 hour time slots. 
  • Email your request: yubacounseling@yccd.edu please include:
    • Name
    • Student ID number
    • Program of study (Major)
    • Copy of unofficial college transcripts (if applicable)
    • Specific questions
    • If you would prefer a phone appointment instead of an email response, please indicate that in the email.
