The CalWORKs Department provides distance counseling to current and prospective Yuba College CalWORKs students with an opportunity to connect with a counselor for guidance with non-urgent matters pertaining to academic and/or career planning.
How to make to request a Distance Counseling Appointment:

- Email your counseling appointment request to: calworks@yccd.edu
When requesting a counseling appointment via email, students should be sure to include:
- Name
- Student ID number
- Program of study (Major)
- An attached copy of unofficial college transcripts (if applicable)
- Specific questions
- If you would prefer a phone appointment instead of an email response, please indicate that in the email.
