Yuba College is dedicated to maintaining a campus environment free from sex-based discrimination and harassment, in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.

Title IX protects against:

The College ensures a fair, prompt, and supportive response to all reports.

Anyone who experiences or observes sex-based misconduct is encouraged to report it. Reporting options include:

  • The College Title IX Coordinator
  • Campus Safety
  • Faculty or staff members

Reports can be made at any time.
