To order official transcripts from Yuba College, you can either come in person with a photo ID or request them online.
Online orders can be mailed, held for pickup, or sent electronically through a secure system. Online orders are made through the National Student Clearinghouse. You do not need to log into a YCCD account to order transcripts online.
In person requests can be submitted to Admissions and Records at the Marysville Campus or the Sutter County Center. Transcripts requested in person can be mailed or picked up. Transcripts cannot be sent electronically. There is a $10.00 rush fee for in person requests.
The first two transcript orders are free (the $10.00 rush fee is a charge that is separate from this rule), and any additional copies are $5.00 per transcript.
You can access your unofficial transcript through YC Self-Service. After logging in, click on the graduation cap icon on the left-hand side, then select “Unofficial Transcript” from the drop-down list.
If you no longer have access to your YCCD account, you can email a request to YCAdmissions@yccd.edu. Please include a photo ID with your request.
If you have a hold on your account you will not be able to access your transcripts. Contact Admissions and Records for assistance with resolving holds.
